Fun fact: natural red hair comes in a wide variety of shades ranging in hue and rarity, strawberry blonde being the rarest (less than 1% of the world). Including myself, the vast majority of redheads (who wear makeup) are using the completely wrong shades. The problem is that most makeup brands make exclusively black, brown, and possibly blonde shades of their mascaras and brow products. I’m currently working on a haircare/makeup brand for redheads that will encourage self-identity, also giving redheads a space in the beauty industry. Thus far, I have designed the haircare portion which includes the shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask bottles. I have yet to design the few makeup products, complete the online shop, instagram account, and a couple of large posters.
